Kenny Omega On Reigns Using A Golf Cart At The Royal Rumble

At this past Sunday night’s Royal Rumble PPV, a spot during the WWE Universal Last Man Standing Match caught the attention of AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. There was a spot that saw Reigns get inside a golf cart and try to run over Owens.

This would have a number of fans compare this spot to when Omega and Matt Hardy ran over Sammy Guevara with a golf cart in a Street Fight on AEW Dynamite last year.

The AEW World Champion Kenny Omega would then comment on the spot and say, “Guys, I know. They did it well so props to all involved.”

Kenny Omega also commented to a fan who said that WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler and Eddie Gilbert did a golf cart spot better 35 years ago. Omega wrote, “There’s no topping that one.”

After a number of exchanges with fans on Twitter, Kenny Omega eventually said he would rather discuss video games with fans instead of listening to their wrestling opinions, which he doesn’t care for. He tweeted, “Word of advice to all you weird WWE stans. If you’re trying to piss me off, tweet something controversial about a video game I like. I don’t care much about wrestling opinions. Those are yours. Have them.”
