This week’s episode of AEW Dark opens up with Tony Schiavone welcoming the fans to another edition of the show. He then announces that Dasha Fuentes will be his co-host each and every week. We then get right into the action with a Singles Match between Shawn Spears and Michael Nakazawa.

The next match is a Women’s Division Tag Team Match between Big Swole and Mercedes Martinez vs. Sadie Gibbs and Allie.

We then get a video package of Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D and Bea Priestley’s feud since their debut on AEW. Baker would challenge Priestley to a match at Full Gear. Schiavone would then confirm that this match will officially take place on Saturday. They then run through all the other matches that will take place at Full Gear.
We then get a recap from last week’s AEW World Title contract signing between AEW World Champion Chris Jericho and Cody Rhodes for this Saturday’s Full Gear Event along with the beatdown that followed where The Inner Circle laid out Dustin Rhodes.
Following the recap, another edition of Cody Rhodes’ “Undesirable to Undeniable” segment takes place. His guest this week is none other than Jimmy Havoc. He says that most days he feels undesirable. He then says that people have told him that because of his wrestling style, he wasn’t going to be booked anywhere big. He then says that his love for horror films helped inspire his character. He then says that he is undeniable because he tells people to “f**k themselves” now. He then says that he isn’t afraid to tell people how he feels anymore.
The featured match of this week’s episode of AEW Dark between “The Bad Boy” Joey Janela and Jimmy Havoc vs. Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt) in a Tag Team Match is next.

After the match, Tully Blanchard finds Joey Janela backstage and tells him that he was very disrespectful towards him a few months back. From behind, Shawn Spears attacks Janela. He then takes a plier to Janela’s teeth. The screen then goes black and all you can hear is Janela screaming.
