First Guest/Training Partner On ‘Celtic Warrior Workouts’ Has Been Announced

WWE Superstar, Sheamus, has been on a YouTube hiatus for quite some time, but as we covered a few months back, Celtic Warrior Workouts was making a return to dropping brand new episodes. That means brand new guests and brand new workouts full of training tips with some of your favorite superstars.

Workouts from the past are of course still up on the channel, but a new one is set to drop very soon, and the first guest is a great one and the perfect way to start this new season of Celtic Warrior Workouts. The first guest is none other than the physically gifted, Bobby Lashley. To say that the man is a super athlete would be an understatement.

He has kept his shape throughout the long years since we first saw him wrestle in WWE during the Ruthless Aggression Era. He made a name for himself for sure back then, and parlayed it to the world of Mixed Martial Arts, nabbing for himself quite the record over there, and then wrestled for TNA/Impact, establishing himself as a main event player there too.

It would be in 2018 that he would make his triumphant return to WWE and dominate considerably. At the hands of Seth Rollins (with the assist from Brock Lesnar), Lashley just lost the United States Championship this past Monday on Raw, and it seems as though he is headed into quite the feud with the returning Lesnar…and just in time for Crown Jewel. Interesting.

Regardless, Lashley is the picture of health, God bless him, and he maintains that with a pretty severe workout schedule. He implements weight training, boxing and steady state cardio into his bag of tricks and now we’ll get to see him train with none other than Sheamus, who quite obviously is no stranger to the weight room either.

Sheamus is another physique guy who backs that up with a tremendous in-ring talent and has as he’s fond of saying: “…banger after banger after banger after banger after….” Well, you get the idea.

Guests on the show from the past include: John Cena, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, Rey Mysterio, and that list goes on and on…. And we’ve been here before, dear readers…I haven’t omitted anyone out of disrespect, only brevity.

In the end, the YouTube videos featured on this channel are informative and inspiring; besides, you get to learn just how some of your favorite superstars train and keep in tip-top shape.

In all honesty, I wish I had this when I was first growing up and entering the weight room. Back then I had to guess how my favorite superstars trained and kept in shape, coming up with workouts and diet plans I pulled merely out of thin air.

Anyways, be sure to check out this first episode. It’s scheduled to drop this Friday at 10 AM on YouTube.
